Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “have a 47 willys jeep runs and drives great, four wheel drive works. the body has been modified, looks more like a mud buggy. the engine, trans and running gears are all factory. everything is their as factory other than the body. interested in trading or saleing, if you have an offer throw it out there you never know. i like anything that that has a engine and wheels, any kinda parts that u may have (chevy parts mainly) has no tittle is for off road only, you can file for a savagle tittle but it is 47 jeep with the top speed of about 40 mph not really highway material.”

This appears solid, though the area around the steps might have some rust (hence the primer).

Stainless steel gas tank.
Runs good (Battery not in photos but is included).
Clear title. Currently ‘Plan Non-Op’.
Great ranch / hunting rig.

This might be worth a look if the body really is good. The passenger rear quarterpanel certainly has some dents.

This sounds like is has power and a good drive train ratio for the roads.
“This Jeep is in excellent condition ! The body is an original Arizona body. 350 Chevy motor with Corvette valve covers. Aluminum intake, small cam. 600 Holley carb and headers. 4 speed trans, Warn transfer case with over drive. 4:10 gear ratio front and rear. Aluminum wheels with 33 inch Super Swampers. Hard top is removable with a built in roll cage and a rack in the back for storage. Comes with a light bar you can mount on top with K/C lights and K/C lights mounted on the front bumper. $3800 O.B.O.

Here’s a wagon that appears to have the unusual Willys Overland bumper sculpture. I can’t quite make it out clearly to know for sure.

This appears solid, but could use a paint job.

Needs a little tinkering and the body has been patched/repaired, but it runs and drives.
“Up for sale is my pride and joy very much hate to sell it but times change. the willys has new brakes and lines exhaust, tires and soft top and have two hard tops to go with it new interstate 6 volt battery and starter,
it drives and stops needs tinkering for the road the carburetor needs cleaning it runs on full choke , i think the body was a older restoration from the 80s and the frame is excellent condition
