This document outlined the signage rules for Kaiser Willys Parts and Service Departments. Unfortunately only part of it is shown on eBay.

“I am cleaning up quickly and thuroughly around here to sell our house and will give you all my Jeep stuff for $1200 ! There is basically 2 flat fender bodies pretty much complete and a CJ5 body complete and a rolling lifted Cj5 chassis with 34″ Swampers . These are reccomended as Bush buggies or parts . There are no tags with the Willys Jeeps but there is tags with the Cj5 although we have lost the papers . It was never in our name and we won’t be wasting our time on that but it was last registed in Langely I think so you can do it and put it in your own name easilly .
I will try to post a pic or two later but if you’re interested you’ll bring a trailer and load up regardless of what pics I might post .”

“1940’s OKEEFE MERRITT , signal corps, military issue gen set. army navy . 120 and 240 volt, double pull 50 amp breaker
complete with all sheet metal, built in skid. weighs 1500 lbs.
powered by Willys MB engine, same as MB M38 CJ2a CJ3a, hour meter shows 345 hours
starts and runs great, new 6v battery.
Manual voltage control works, the auto controller needs repair.
Nice collector piece or put it to work. these are often used for welders.”

Here’s a M-151 modified for riot control. I haven’t seen this mod used too often (fortunately).

Donny wrote me to share this photo of the family’s CJ-6 he came across recently:
He writes, “I came across a picture of my friend driving our 1958 CJ6 in 1974. My granddad bought it new, and it stayed on our ranch in Florida for all these years. Unfortunately, in 2003, it was given away in disrepair. Sure miss it now! I’ve had a Willys truck and a 2A but I miss miss this Jeep most of all! Man that Jeep could pull! The man standing by the Jeep was the greatest man in the world. My Dad”
