Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks pretty complete for a $300 jeep. There must be something good on it?? gotta love the hood scoop on this one.

This is advertised as a 1942, but I think it is probably a CJ-2A.

It has a 1991 v6 engine.”
This has the widest backseat I’ve ver seen. The battery is installed just behind the front bumper.

This appears to be missing the support bars. It also doesn’t have the spare wheel carrier that some have. It’s a great price though.

-Repowered with a Buick 215 V8.
-Also it was brush painted.
-Lifted about 5″.
-32″ Mickey Thompson Baja Claws(Practically New) on Crager style rims.
Basically a good Jeep for off road. It will need to pass inspection if you intend on driving on the street.

UPDATE: Price dropped to $3000. This includes an overdrive. Looks like a good price despite the paint job. Front frame rails look in good shape.
