About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1942 Willys MB Military Jeep, includes 2 Jeep Engines, 2 Transfer Cases, 2 Combat Rims, mostly 2 of everything, lights, gauges, fenders, radiators, front and rear axles. $1,700 cash OBO. No Title. ”
“Note to bidders: Due to the nature of the vehicles that we sell on eBay (Rare, restored, unique, exotic, etc), many of our vehicles are purchased before the end of the auction. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN OWNING THIS TRUCK, DO NOT WAIT…Email or call with your offer and we will work with you to get a deal done.
You are bidding on a very nicely restored 1952 Willys M38 Jeep. These trucks were specially prepared for military service in Korea and outfitted with many special features that set them apart from your regular Willys. And this one is even more special…read on…
The M38s have some cool features, check them out:
-Side mounted Shovel and Axe
-Accessible Battery Box on Cowl
-Dash Mounted Radio Connections
-Dual Fuel Tanks with Dash Mounted Switch
-Glovebox
-Headlight Guards
-Heavy Duty Frame and Suspension (Semi-Floating Dana 44 Rear Axle)
-Rear Auxiliary Gas Tank Mount
This Willys M38 no longer wears its military colors and it has been tastefully upgraded with the following:
-$1700 recently spent to sandblast and paint entire body (have receipt) NO RUST OR BONDO ON THIS TRUCK!
-Buick 235c.i. “Fireball” V-6 Motor Conversion
-Warn Overdrive – May have been original to the truck but this is not known for sure.
-Brand new top and doors from Bestop
This Willys retains much of its originality (even has 5 original steel wheels!) but has been modified with the paint, motor and top. This is a piece of history that can be driven every day.
There are lots of CJs and Jeeps out there for sale…why not own a rare one with a story to tell? Very few of these actually made it back from Korea and even fewer are in daily driver condition. This truck needs nothing but a new owner to put it on the road.
International Buyers: We have sold and shipped vehicles all over the world and have happy customers in Europe, Australia, Japan and the Middle East. Need a reference in your country or a shipping quote? Feel free to ask. We can assist with the transport to your home port as well as the required export/import paperwork.”
This is a great price. I could have used these a couple years ago.
“Unmounted pair of Fiberglass Fenders for a flat fender Willy’s.
$100 for the pair. FIRM (I paid $100 each).
No I will not sell one. These will need to be prepped/sanded prior to paint just like any other fender would. They have a few scratches on them and a dirty, but great deal at $100.”
“1951 willys CJ3A. It has a 289 ford. the engine runs, but the rest of the jeep needs some work. I bought the jeep as it is right now about 2 years ago. I bought new front half shafts and they come with. it has no title.”
(08/15/2011) This looks like a CJ-3A with a M-38 Hard Top. Looks like a good price.

“Up for sale today is a mini Willys WW2 Jeep.
Military vehicle fans, this is a must have for your kids at rallys and shows!
This gas powered replica is made by Junior Replicas (A branch of the FAO Schwartz) and features a fold flat windshield, full suspension, brakes, electric start, working headlights, strobe lights, mini NDT tires (just like the real thing!) 5hp Honda engine, and a forward / reverse transmission. This sweet little Jeep even has a variable speed limiter to keep the top speed of the vehicle contained for younger drivers and adjust it as they grow. The safety shift lever prevents breakage of the gears and keyways so inexperienced drivers do not damage the engine or transmission components. It is also equipped with a brake pedal on the passenger side so Daddy can stop them before they run over the neighborhood cat!
The replica is 2/3 scale of the real thing, it is exact from to the pioneer tool kit to the mini spare fuel can on the back. It even has the Army lettering and the correct color and shade of paint!
Power Wheels and other ride-ons can’t compare to the safety of this steel and fiberglass quality built machine. Don’t make them wait 6 hours for it to charge back up! Get them this gas powered play machine for hours of war games in the back yard! Your kid will be the talk of the neighborhood.
If you are an MV fan or off road enthusiast than start your kids early, get them the Mini Willys ride on Army Jeep Replica!!
These replicas went for up to $10,000 new.
This one is in excellent (near perfect) condition.
$3995
E-mail the link above if you have any questions or would like to set up a time to see it.”
