This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1946 Willy’s “jeep” Most of this Willy has been modified. If you want an original this is not for you. V6 throttle body fuel injected, 33” tires, full canvas top (not in picture), bikini top, half doors (not in picture), front mounted tow hitch (not in picture), automatic with speed shift, tilt steering, and heater.”
“I’m looking for a PTO winch that would have been (or be on) any Jeep (CJ, Wagon, Willys, etc.). Do you have one on or off the vehicle? I can remove. Must be within reasonable distance to eastern SD or western MN.”

(10/18/2010) There’s been some updates to this, including moving the gas tank to the back. Are those mirrors on the front fenders?
“I have a 1952 Willys Jeep for sale. It has a buick 231 v6 engine, and 5:38 gears. The axles, transmission, gears, transfer cases, emergency brake, and drive shafts are all original. It has a roll bar, a light bar, and nice seats. It is sitting on 31″ goodyear tires and steel wheels. I put brand new shocks, a radiator, and dual flowmaster mufflers on it. Also a new battery. Full Size spare tire and spare tire mount on the back. Trailor hitch and good solid steel bumbers. Carb is off because I rebuilt it. Will have to tow it. Make me an offer. ”

(11/13/2011) No motor/tranny/the. The seller notes this is part CJ-2A and part M3-B1. I’m not clear on what a M3-B1 is exactly.

Originally a Shriner’s Jeep, Bill decided since it was already had some drivetrain mods that he would take it further.
He writes, “It now sits on a altered Cherokee chassis with Dana 44 frt and rear with a 4″ lift. It is powered by a Turbo 400 and a 304 AMC. I’ve kept it original looking with a Jeep wheel and the track width is right on. This is one Jeep missed out on produceing. Drove it all last summer and just love it.”

Glenn spotted this fun toy.
“Here we offer you a wonderful and hard to find, vintage `late `70ties up to the early `80ties produced, French Tin Plated Jeep Model with Trailer. This set was produced by Joyax in France. Its a genuine model and NO replica. This is one of the last Tin Plated models which was produced. Today these models are difficult to find in such wonderful and crisp condition as the one we offer you here. The model is unused!. The Jeep is a Wind-Up model and comes with the key. The box is like new too. This set depicts a USA Fire Service Car with Trailer. An awesome asset within any Jeep collection or Fire Engine collection. Be keen on this beauty. The scale is about 1:28 Fully made of tin plated and bright lithographed material. A Very RARE find these days. Be keen on this less seen treasure.”

This has a variety of updates.
“1945 willys jeep on a 1973 cj chassis with a chevy 4.3 v-6 with outside frame rail headers, it also has a DANA 44 rear end and new aluminum radiator. I currently has a 700r4 transmission and is two wheel drive. I used it primarily around town and to the beach, I have a t-18 with dana 20 transfer case to convert back to 4 wheel drive. It has been a fun to have around but time to move on to something different.
