This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1949 Willys Jeep CJ3-A – Looks and runs great. 4-cyl Chevy II engine, Warn all range overdrive, late model steering box, set up for winch, 12 volt. Near new paint, upholstery and tires. Includes good Bestop full soft top and doors,(black-not shown). $4950.00”

“FOR SALE: 1945 Willys/Ford flat fender. Powered by a Chevy 350 TBI in front of a TH350 with a Dana 20 transfer case. Dana 30 front with disc brakes, and a Dana 44 rear with a “Lincoln Locker” Full roll cage with padding and wrapped. Griffin radiator with electric cooling fans. 33×12.50×15 BFG Muds with Eagle Alloy 0589. I can send more detailed pictures if requested..”

This looks like a nice combo, but the jeep doesn’t run.
“Jeep is a 1943 ford and the trailer is a 1944 willys, The body on both are in great shape, the motor turns over but will not start. The oil pump gear that turns the disturbutor is stripped. A VFW owned it up untill I picked it up 10years ago and it was always kept inside.’
This has toyota running gear.

“What you are looking at is a rare 1954 willys cj3b jeep. It comes with a powerful PTO winch. The engine is the original engine and runs perfectly with no smoke and great oil pressure. The transmission is also perfect. The jeep has been restored. It could use 2 new rear tires. 4 wheel drive works perfectly. The jeep has no title, but I do have a bill of sales and can write another when you buy it.
