It runs and drives, but needs some work.
“Up for auction is my 1951 Willy Jeep CJ-3A. I got this jeep from my father-in-law about 10 years ago. I have driven it mainly on my land. It has been in a barn for at least 5 years. I got it started today and drove it to my house which is about 2 miles, ran fine and the brakes will stop it. The 4 wheel drive and transmission work fine. It is a flat head 4, I think it’s the same engine that it should have come with. The battery in it is very week, I had to charge it and after driving it, barley started again. The tires are old but hold air. Fuel tank is gone, using a plastic boat tank and electric fuel pump. This would make a good project. It will need to be put on a trailer. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come look in person before bidding. I have a clear SC title in my name.”
