These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 CJ-2A Willys Jeep with stock flathead four engine. Original drive train completely stock. New gel battery. Complete enclosure with doors. Front and rear tow bars. No rust on body. Been garaged. All reasonable offers considered.”

“This is my dad’s CJ. He bought it a few years back and never used it. It is one of the cleanest Willys you’ll see. It has a nice lift, small winch, rear locker, custom dash and seats. Candy Apple Paint, CB, a new top and doors. He just had the Carb professionally rebuilt but somehow it isn’t running right. May be the carb or how dad hooked it up??? Has an f-head 4 cylinder with a trick custom intake, 3 spd, power steering with saginaw box, Caddy titl wheel and more. He paid $5000 just a few years back and has dumped more money into it. He would like it gone this weekend so cash talks but seriously no BS offers this is a clean rig for the right guy it’s cheap too”

“For sale is a fine 1951 Willis Jeep. Army green exterior w/ green interior. Newly upolstered front and rear seats. No rust. No issues. Won’t find a better deal around here.”

Needs work.
“I have a RARE 1966 Jeep FC150. Restoration has been started doors being repaired and primed, and new fenders made for the bed. The glass is all intact. The truck is complete (as far as I can tell) although the bed and front bumper have been removed. The motor ran when it was parked several years ago. The duals in the picture are just two rims bolted together for greater stability when it was towed, the truck was not altered to mount them. I also have the title.”

“I have a 1964 Willy’s Military Jeep 4 cylinder, 3 speed, 4 wheel drive, hi-low range shifter. No damage, very little rust. Motor turns over by hand, have not tried to start it. Missing front passenger seat, needs new front glass, everything else is in tact. Sell for 1500.00 or Willing to trade for an adult ATV, not looking for a project. Don’t want to get rid of it, I just don’t have the time to put into it..”
