Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The steps are supersized on this jeep.

It might be the camera, but it looks like the nose on this points down slightly.

(05/11/2011) “testing waters, looking to sell or trade 1952 willys jeep, 4cyl, all original, complete, with sears hard top, has larger rear brakes and 33 inch tires, needs restoration, but would only take a weekend to get it driving, comes with extra parts, narrow track dana 30, sm465 four speed trans, new gears, etc, have title in my name $2,000”

“This jeep was originally rebuilt as a hunting rig. Has the original flathead 4, 3speed tranny with a 2 speed overdrive, soft top in decent condition, power steering added, and red top battery. It is real clean but not perfect. . I’ll be glad to consider reasonable offers, but please don’t waste my time low balling, and scammers take it somewhere else. $4500 obo”
