This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Today I only listed one-third of the jeeps I found for sale (and I didn’t look that hard to find them). There are a lot of jeeps out there for sale right now!
In other news, I finally snagged one of these CJ-5 ashtrays off eBay at a reasonable price.
Listed as a 1953, this 3B has a later body. It also may have a government data plate on the dash.

“1953 CJ – 3B Jeep Willy asking price $8,500, OBO. 4, deep lug, mud and snow (wild cat) tires worth 1500 alone come with it. This jeep has been well kept, just replaced the master cylinder and has new carburetor. It has a ragtop that you can remove. It is a 3 speed, four wheel drive. It is custom Orange and has a winch and tow package. Custom racing seats and is equipped with a 12 gallon gas tank. Runs and climbs mountains like a beast!”

(07/03/2019) I can’t make out the serial number on the dash plate, but this has tool indents and it has rear floaters.
This has a government data plate, possibly military or former border patrol jeep.

“Two 1960 Jeep FC 150. Red Truck has what looks to be original snow plow attachment.   I would probably use parts from Green truck to make Red truck nice.  Have title for green. Can get Oklahoma title for red. New windshield in back of red truck.”

“1946 Willy’s Jeep, Project car or Decoration piece. Rolling project, no engine. Transmission, transfer case, driveshafts and differentials are there. Also the bell housing is for 350SBC (Small Block Chevy). I might consider selling the transmission separately. Will need fair amount of work. Depending on what you want to do with it.
