Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1953 Willys CJ3 Jeep. 134 cid 4 cylinder engine has been removed and partially overhauled. Comes with a spare complete engine and clutch assembly. Tub and frame in excellent condition, no rust holes. Has towbar and some spare parts. Has aftermarket wheels with Buckshot 32×11.50×15 Mudders. No title, bill of sale only. $1500 or best offer.”

Following the stainless bodies last night, I figured I’d head to the Phillipines and find some non Jeepney, but equally interesting, flatties.
