About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
From local estate. Has newer brakes and has been mostly restored. New plugs and wires, cap, rotor, points and condensor. This has been in a barn for a number of years and will need some more TLC and drive time to get dialed in.
The exhaust is currently off of it, so it is VERY loud. It will start, run and move under its own power. It needs a major tune-up and some attention. I just no longer have the time or money to put into it.
Hate to see it go but it deserves to be enjoyed and finished by someone who has the time for it.
1964 Kaiser Jeep project. Runs good but needs brakes. New fuel tank, sending unit and fuel pump. New battery and wiring. Includes soft top new in box. Stored in garage since 2003.
For sale is my 1966 jeep Cj-5 , we call it the Barbie jeep, it’s a starting running driving project, not jump in and take it on the highway. Paint was done by my uncle a couple years back, it’s not perfect but looks good from several feet away, brakes gone through, new fuel pump, electric ignition, aftermarket l.e.d. Taillights, has a Buick 231 inline 6 cylinder, runs well doesn’t smoke or knock, does have a lifter tick, will need carb cleaned/rebuild, 3speed manual transmission has worn out suspension that when you hit a bump wants to launch you out of the lane, I currently start it on a portable boat fuel tank but have a brand new fuel tank, sending unit, and fuel cap, and wiper motor that goes with it. Seats are there but need reupholstered, selling as is. I have too many projects so I’m letting go. Asking $4,000.00 cash o.b.o. Will consider trade for enduro motorcycle 650cc or larger but no projects. Please don’t send me ridiculous offers I don’t need to sell just trying to simplify my life

There is a known issue with the photos in older posts not loading.
Short answer just click the old link and the photo will load.
Basically when the site was migrated over last year we enabled the HTTPS more secure page, from just the HTTP.
When I did the WebP uptick a few weeks back I noticed there were some older posts that would not load the photo in the post view, but when clicked it loaded just fine. In general there were other issues to deal with and went back and forth on the WebP and some other issues, figure would get back to it eventually.
I can see the issue and will work to fix it, basically the old post is call it, hard coded to the HTTP image link and the WebP stuff does not load those, so will work on a fix to change over the HTTP:// stuff to HTTPS:// stuff, I did a fix for something like this early on, Dave helped me get the photos loading on relaunch and I feel its a similar fix, that was change upload2 to just upload on like 60k posts and it was super fast to do that and also super fast to break it, but need to do some work on getting back to that.

This jeep has about 500 mi. On the rebuild. And haven’t been drove in the last 5 yrs. Due to COVID and then the fires in the Mendo forest.
