Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks pretty original and I can’t see any obvious rust.

It doesn’t run and there is rust.

This appears very restorable.
“1950 Jeep Willys Panel. Very unusual panel truck, most of these Jeeps had side windows. This is a 2 WD with what we believe to be a Chrysler 383 with an automatic transmission. They never completed the engine installation and the engine is locked up. The body is very straight and rust free and would make a great project. It’s got the wrong engine, but has been stored indoors and has little rust (according to the seller).
