This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This is a pretty Jeepster.
“Up for sale is a 1950 Willys Jeepster. This is a very good driver that is dependable for trips. 6 cylinder with overdrive tranny. No smoke, no drips, cranks great! Very, very nice running Jeep. All gauges work, new shocks and runs on modern gas.

This has a stuck cylinder, but sure looks good otherwise. The seller is will to trade.
“1947 CJ-2A. All original & Complete. L134 Flathead (one cylinder stuck from sitting) does not run at this time. Original running gear. Good shape overall. Some rust at the body mounts, but rest of tub, etc, is good. WA Title. Note: Jeep is located on east side, near Walla Walla, WA.
Best Offer over $1500.00 or Trade: I need a farm type truck with a dump bed/hoist. Doesn’t need to be fancy, but it does need to be roadworthy.
Note: Have 1 or 2 more rigs to throw in as possible trading stock.

This looks like a good price. Body not perfect, but the jeep runs and drives.
“1946 willys cj2a. all stock. L134/T90/d18. 30K original miles. runs great. new brakes MC back, rebuilt steering bellcrank. drives and stops straight. body decent, driver side floor has been patched. all lights work. still original 6 volt.”

UPDATE: SOLD FOR $900
It is rough, but it runs.
“This listing is for a 1953 Willys CJ3B Jeep. Engine runs good, low miles on a rebuild. Frame is solid except rear cross member needs replacement. Grille, hood, and windshield frame, are in good restorable condition, body tub is rough. I bought this Jeep in the spring with the intent of getting a new steel tub and fenders, also doing a full restoration. I have to many projects at this time and don’t want to leave this outside for the winter. Jeep is all original, as far as I can tell and still 6volt. Engine has 50lbs. oil pressure at idle. Asking price is $1,400 but will certainly consider offers. Questions are welcome and thanks for looking!”
