This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (07/27/2010) This sports a rear PTO. It appears stock, complete and in good condition.
“For sale: 1946 Willys CJ2A in good condition. Runs great and is driveable. has a rebuilt original carberator and a new fuel pump. New battery and cables. All the gauges work except gas gauge. Headlights and taillights work. This jeep is pretty much all original. It is titled in MN. Serial #78640. Jeep comes with a working factory PTO on the back (rare find). This would be a great jeep for someone who is looking for a project to restore. I bought this about 12 years ago an just don’t have the time to dedicate to it.”

“This vintage jeep is in excellent condition. It has a new steel body 1996. Totally new interior with bucket seats. Custom tilt steering wheel. New stereo (Pioneer w/CD player).
CB radio. Bikini top plus whole new soft w/windows and doors, never been used. Comes complete with a strong flathead -4 engine, Brand new altinator, Carter electric fuel pump. Newly rebuilt brakes with a fresh master cylinder. All electricals work. Equipped with Stewart-Warner guages and Sun tack. (07/01/2010)Well, this needs a little more than a passenger seat, however it appears mostly unmolested.

(06/02/2010) “This 1959 Jeep FC 170 is in good running condition. It is all original and starts and runs great. It has a Western 7′ snow blade that is in good working condition and included with it (blade not pictured). Original parts manual is included. The driver side window is cracked, tail light needs replaced, and there is a slow leak in the break line. Body is solid and in good condition with a small amount of rust (see pictures). That is to my knowledge everything that I know about it. This FC 170 is currently licensed and registered and is in driving condition. The odometer reading is unverified, but to my knowledge would be pretty close due to the condition of this Jeep. These are very rare and hard to find especially in this condition. If you have any questions you can contact me at 319-385-3399. A $500 deposit will be required immediately at auction ending. Must be paid in full by the time of pick up or delivery.”
