This seems to be a blend of MB and CJ-2A parts.

I believe this comes with an engine and radiator, but they are not installed.
“This jeep comes with a newly rebuilt 6 cylinder flathead engine and a new radiator. The jeep comes “as is” – no title. $1,350.00 takes everything. More pictures available.”
UPDATE: WAs $4000. **SOLD**
Only 15hp? That’s a pretty low estimate.
“1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A, 4 Cyl, 15 HP. Great shape! Runs well!”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500
(02/16/2010) It runs and drives. If you need a run-about jeep, this might fit the bill.
“59 willys cj-5 . 4 cyl. 3 spd. motor has been rebuilt. Do not know how long ago or miles on motor but it runs excellent. Brakes were also done with a new master cylinder. Rebuilt steering box also. Good set of radial snow tires. Front floor pans need replaced or use as is like I do. This is not a perfect rig but runs and drives good. All the running gear is good. No top. $ 1500.00 FIRM.”

UPDATE: Still Available
(04/27/2010) It could use some wheels.
“no motor,complete running gear,solid floors,sides,no title,mild lift,good project,249-0360”
UPDATE: Still Available
(12/30/09) Here’s a whole bunch of jeeps for sale.
“I have several CJ3a’s and CJ3b’s for sale – in various conditions and stages of restoration – or I will build to your specification. Please call or email for additional details………. Thanks for looking – Roger at 360-239-8428 or gram26@hctc.com”
I suspect this does not have an overhead cam and it certainly is not all original for the year. Brett called on this and the seller mentioned the engine does smoke. The body appears solid.
“1949 Willy’s Jeep 1.34 engine with overhead camshaft everything is orginal for the year, but not necassariy for this particular Jeep. runs good, but burns oil, transmission slips out of second.”

UPDATE: Price dropped to $3000
(05/04/2010) I think I’d swap on a different windshield, otherwise, this looks like a build ready for some trails. The tires and rims have to be worth a good chunk of money.
