About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
It sounds like it runs. It needs a few parts like headlights. It has a PTO. It might be worth checking out.

One of our readers must sell his CJ-6, another victim of the economy. While it doesn’t run yet, it looks much better than when he bought it. Good luck Andy (and I’m happy to see there’s some good bidding on this already)!
“Koenig Hardtop and hard doors.Koenig PTO winch. Bendix brake booster.Front tow-hitch. Heater. Lights work on high and low beam, horns work. Complete original Fhead Willys 134 engine. Solid drivers side floor board, hood, windsheild frame, drivers side fender, rear floorpan etc.. Has rust through on the passenger side which could be fixed with new floopan and rockerpanel but that is the worst of the rust. Also has some small very spot-weldable rust holes down both sides of the hardtop about an inch above the tub. Test lite gives good voltage at battery and coil. One of only 1991 made in ’61. Original sale date was 08-02-1962. Unique look so its not like every other CJ that you see …. ”
This has a pop in the rear, but otherwise appears solid. It might make a good restoration candidate.
“1962 Willys Pickup. Original 6 cylinder engine. 35,000 original miles. Floorboards are solid, all gauges and lights work. Body is in great shape but does need some paint, primer is showing through in spots. Glass is good all the way around with two cracks on the lower right-hand corner of the driver door and two small cracks up high near the center of the windshield. Seat needs re-upholstered. Has been a great truck for me but has developed a popping noise in the rear differential. I parked it so as to not damage it.”
It’s a Texas hunter, but doesn’t have any custom rear seats.
“Up for sale is a 1947 Willys jeep. A great jeep to drive around your deer lease or ranch. Run’s and drives great. Mechanically in all around sound shape. 4 cylinder, starts and runs great. recent work done on the jeep. New fuel tank, and fuel level gauge. Brakes were replaced approx. 2 years ago. Jeep has no title but has the bill of sale from the last owner and I will give a new on upon sale. Has the jeep type wheel’s and tire on it. Lock out hubs are warren brand. Transfer works. Please ask questions and jeep can be test driven.”
(01/08/10) This appears to be a solid jeep. A plow is included.
