This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Clean out the fuel line and replace the fuel pump and you might have a running CJ-5 for under $1000.

Here’s an unusual wagon with some peeling paint.

I like this old CJ. There’s no reserve, so that initial price is a good one for this.

(01/07/10) I believe the seller means that this jeep is running a Dana 30 in the Front end and utlizes a SM420 for the transmission.

IT HAS THE DANA 20 IN THE FRONT WITH LOCK RITE LOCKERS, DANA 44 IN THE REAR WITH THE OX LOCK, cable is broke, IT HAS 538 GEARS. IT ALSO HAS A WARN WINCH,SOFT TOP WITH DOORS, AND EVEN HAS A HEATER IN IT. IT HAS 33 INCH MUD BRUTE TIRES ON 15 INCH CROME RIMS WITH A SPARE ON THE BACK. IT HAS A CD PLAYER WITH 6X9 SPEAKERS.
