This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $11,900.
Joe is selling his Navy themed CJ-3B. When he got it, it had the words “For official use only” faintly visible on the hood and the original color appeared to be semi-gloss grey. So, it may well have been a Navy jeep.
“Road ready 1953 CJ3B US NAVY JEEP. Starts right up. Runs drives and stops as it should. Everything works. Clear Tennessee title in my name. Drives great. Used as my errand/ short excursion jeep for several years. Complete build diary and invoices. Currently equipped with Cooper Cross Country 700/16 NDT military tires. Spare included, not pictured. Tub has repairs but is very solid. Please feel free to message with questions. $11,900 OBO.”
UPDATE: Pete looked at this jeep, but discovered the serial number doesn’t match the title.
The front floors look solid and original. Seems worth a look.

Apparently, this jeep flies.
