This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Has a Ford engine and a few other mods.
“1947 Willys CJ-2A. This jeep is in great condition, body and frame are straight and rust free. The motor is a 4 cylinder Ford engine and runs good. The 4WD and transmission work as they should. The tires are like new. Street legal and clean title. $6500 OBO”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6950.
Listed as a 1950, the later model grille, large speedo, and solid windshield suggest it is more like a 1960. Needs some work.
“Cool vehicle! Clear title. Good condition considering age. Needs TLC that we would love to give it but we have too many projects! Driven a few years back but carburetor needs some attention now. Not original engine – engine is a a V6 out of a 1989 Buick 231.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $5000.
(04/23/2021) This militarized 2A has some channel rust and needs some things fixed (like it won’t shift into gear).

“For sale 1948 Willys Cj 2A
Have been working on restoring this Jeep for the past couple of months. Just had a baby and focus has shifted away from it. Someone can pick up where I left off. I’m pretty good with the cosmetics and have been doing a lot of the work myself. Sealed up on the dash where once was a radio.
