Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. | This is a Willy’s Jeep CJ3A model with tag for parts. Very rough but lots of smalls there still if you pick it apart which I’ll do if it doesn’t sell. Had a complete original Scheneker plow setup on it. Motor and tranny froze up I’m sure from sitting but a rebuildable core atleast which are getting harder to find. Running gear , starter generator cores , etc lots of small stuff if you tear it down. Just don’t have the time. Has a few original 2 a wheels on it which are getting harder to come by as well, scraps up so after you pick it clean there will still be scrap value. |
