This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Has some light rust, but appears solid.

“1966 jeep CJ 6 put new brake lights and headlights, turn signals, new fuel pump, new seatbelts, put a custom plate on driver-side in floor, brand new carburetor. Starts first try drives very smooth and runs great. I have a 4 inch lift and whole new wiring harness coming to. asking 3500 obo”

“M170 Jeep, runs and drives great, 4wd works and High and Low gear works as well 3 speed manual. Great cruiser vehicle for the summer, the m170 model is slightly longer than the regular jeeps of this time and makes it more rare, gives you perfect space to throw a cooler in the back behind the seat that the other models wouldn’t let you do”
It’s a project. The body looks to be a DJ-3A body based on the dash.

An October 11, 1960, article in Grand Junction’s ‘The Daily Sentinel’ introduced many readers to Colorado’s newest industry: Jeep Tourism.
From the article, “Now, for the first time in history, the ordinary tourist and visitor can within a day’s time see some of the nation’s real back country.”
Roger Martin spotted this sign for $225. It’s 48″ wide by 17″ tall. I don’t know how ‘vintage’ it is, but I would have bought it if it was still available. It sold quickly.

Maury shared this ad. It seems a pretty solid jeep, especially for the southeast. Seller is a dealer. The worst ‘damage’ seems to be the driver’s seat.

“You are looking at a 1967 Kaiser Jeep J3000 pickup. This Jeep is 4 wheel drive pickup and is an amazing vehicle…This vehicle has a 327 V8 engine with an automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, factory air conditioning and factory bucket seats. It is a long bed truck and the inside of the bed only has 2 very small dents in it. It is a very solid truck. We have had it running but have not driven it yet.
