“1952 Willys Jeep. M38 body stretched 10 in. with an MB grill
This jeep was hand built using an International scout frame
shortened to a 97 inch wheel base. The Scout frame is a very sturdy boxed frame. The body is an M38 body (new steel after market 100% rust free) stretched 10 inches in the door ways to match the wheel base. We installed a carbureted Ford 302 ci. engine because it is light weight and quick to rev. We backed the engine with a heavy duty clutch and a smooth shifting T-5 transmission with a 300 transfer case. Dana 44 Axles with disk brakes front and rear, 427 gears in rear ends and Richmond spools front & rear. Also there are polished stainless steel covers on both rear ends. We installed custom made Twin sticks ( in & out of 4 wheel drive, and high & low gears ) for specialized off roading. There is High clearance leaf spring brackets for easier access over obstacles. Revolver shackles (front) to aid in articulation. Full role cage tied to frame, and heavy duty nerf bars to protect the body sides.

Ramsey 12,000 lb. winch (new never used)
Mickey Thompson aluminum bead locks with Superswamper TSL 33in. tires on the rear. (also have a set for the front at an additional cost if wanted)

Suspension- quaterlipic leaf spring with three link custom rear, leaf spring front with traction bar.

“This 1946 Willys CJ2A has been highly modified, and is street leagle, and registered . It has had a new tub fabricated and stretched 28 inches as well as the frame being stretched. It has 3/4 ton Chevy truck axles geared to 5:13 ratio, a Sm 465 transmission with hydrolic clutch and a new 30 Pound clutch plate, and new clutch. It has 2 transfer cases, a Dana 203 in front of a Dana 205, utilizing a North West Fab Fully clockable adapter housing and a triple levered cable shifter. A recently installed 4.3 Gm fuel injected engine, and power steering, power brakes, tilt steering column, air compressor, and disc brakes.

“1941 Willys Jeep body on a Fuller built 90 inch WB chassis, Wrangler springs front and four link and quarter elliptic springs rear. All Toyota running gear including 22RE, Toyota 5 speed trany, Marlin Crawler 4.7 transfer case. Toyota CV joint drive shafts, front and rear.Toyota cable operated locker in the rear with a trutrack in the front. Toyota power steering, cross over to Sky Manufacturing High steer arms, one ton tie rod ends. 35 12.5 15 BFG KM tires with 32 bolt beadlocks. It weighs 3040 lbs wet. 10 gallon fuel tank with a screw in cap, no leaking, like most old Jeeps. 1941 Ca license Plate The front and rear seats are covered in top material that has a 10 year guarantee in the sun. It has onboard air! Seats 4 grown ups.
It does the Rubicon with ease as well as Foredice creek. It did the Pipe Jam trail In less than an hour. With 5.29 diff. gears and 35 inch tires it is geared just like a stock Toyota Pickup. it is a little too soft to drive on the street at speed. Add one more leaf to each side of the the rear suspension and it is a great hwy runner. I have the extra leafs”

A 3 link quarter elliptical floating pocket rear suspension and a 3 link coil front suspension. A Spooled Dana 60 rear Diff, and a Dana 44 front Diff and a ARB carrier. A wench, and a MB grill and head lights. There is a full cab, full cage roll bar, and costume rear gas tank. The rims are military Humvee bead locks, recentered to the Chevy bolt pattern, and has 37 inch Humvee tires with 95% tread all the way around. There are reinforced top rails in the tub at the top rails and door ways, as well as contoured skid rails built into the body at the rock line of the tub. I’ve spent over 500 hours fabricating this Jeep and and twice the asking price in expense. This vehicle is nearly re-completed, after the V6 engine upgrade, and the dual transfer case upgrade, but does need finishing.”
