These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Im exploring trading my restored, numbers matching, color correct running driving, 4wd, CJ2A for a restored, running driving Model A. I had a lot of fun with this Jeep but the real fun is driving different old cars. So if you have a nice Model A you’d like to trade for a cool old Jeep. Lets talk.”

It appears to have some driver’s side rust.

“1946 Jeep Willys Cj. This is a project. Most everything is there. I have the front hood, fenders, and grill. Started to take apart to restore it. I have the gauges. Does have a couple small rust spots. Motor was running before taken apart.

“1946 Willys, very early civilian, completely restored. Rare column shift. New items Stock: Tub, Fenders, Windshield, Seats, suspension. Rebuilt items: Motor original flat head “Go Devil.” Rebuilt Tranny, Rebuilt Transfer, Rebuilt differentials. Original rims and new tires. New additions to stock that can be easily removed. Overdrive unit, Lock out hubs, Best Top Soft top, Aftermarket Heater, turn signals and lights, LED windshield mounted light, electric wipers, vacuum booster for stock brakes. Frame was sand blasted, treated for future rust and painted. Body was treated for future rust and painted. Way too much work to mention here also have the original tub, additional tranny, motor parts, transfer case, diff parts fuel tanks and body parts.
What don’t work: small oil leak in filter line, Speedometer. The speedo had been changed so we trusted it, alas we shouldn’t have. All new cables though and gear etc.”

Parts also include 3 blocks, heads, cam shafts, and oil pans, miscellaneous oil filters, generators, and some transfer case parts and clutch housings. There are axles for the ’47. There are transmission parts, but none are complete.”

Runs great awesome suspension and running gear everything works.
Body is straight all Willys, Hood, tail gate, grill, body. Has a back bench seat.
No top or windshield wipers.
Trade for newer CJ or Wrangler or Classic Car Truck pre 1970.”
