About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Home built way back in the 1980’s by me. Engine is the F-head F134 “Hurricane” engine. Power steering. Dana 44 rear axle and Dana 25 front axle with a 3 speed transmission and transfer-case. Nice set of tires on 15″ Powder Coated rims. Cruises down the street real nice. No sissy bar or seat belts”
(07/11/2019) Runs and drives. Needs some additional works. It appears to be a former Las Vegas Jeep Club rig.

“For sale or trade is my CJ3B Willys flat fender Jeep that is stretched to CJ6 length. Below is a lot of info, so please take the time to read it . I call it a CJ6B (CJ3B body at CJ6 length).”
Specs:
• Body, title, VIN, VIN plate, and original black California plates are from a 1960 Willys CJ3B. Clear title and current registration, both in my name. Tub is stretched behind the door openings; seats 4 adults. It sits on an early CJ6 frame. The wheel base is about 104″. Plenty of leg room & head room all around.
• Engine: Buick V6 225 odd-fire, about 8,000 miles on it since rebuild by previous owner; new battery, aluminum 2 core radiator, electric fan, heavy flywheel, known for allowing low rpms and good crawling,
“’46 Willy’s Jeep with new, less than 100 miles on, Toyo M/T Open Country tires including spare. Recently had exhaust extended. Also comes with new gas tank (uninstalled).”
This appears to be a DJ-3A with the slanted opening. I wonder how much weight that wood adds. The rear fuel inlet is not longer in the back, so I wonder how you fill it with fuel (maybe it’s just sitting in the rear?).
“1960 Custom Willy’s JEEP. Multiple award winner and one of a kind. You will never see another like it at any car show. Body panels covered in wood and done with great care by a master wood worker. Custom interior with lots of wood trim. New lay down windshield.
Original engine (4-cylinder willy’s), column shift transmission, 2 wheel drive, new brakes including master cylinder and wheel cylinders, good tires, dolphin gauges, runs and drives. Clear TX title, antique plates can be issued from the state.”
“1945 Willys ‘Flat Fender’, Chevy 327 V-8, 4-Speed Stick, Headers, 4-Barrel Edelbrock Carburetor, MSD Electronic Ignition, Roll Cage, BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A 32×11.50 Tires. This original Willys was cleaned to the frame, and the frame repainted black. The body had the tailgate molded into the body in a roadster style. The hood was made into a 1-piece from the original 2 piece hood, then the entire body was painted gloss red. Seat Fabric & Foam was completely replaced anew this year! Recently Detailed, ready to go summer cruisin’.”
“Chevy 350, Turbo 350 automatic, twin stick Dana 20 transfer case, Dana 44s front and rear. Rear Detroit locker with 4.56 gears. “Show quality Willys CJ3A, Buick V6 with lots of Kenny Bell Parts, turbo 350 transmission. Late model CJ frame and axels. Featured in Four Wheeler magazine and the pictures show all the work done to this Jeep.
Serious Inquiries only and will not pull it out of storage to just look at.
Would consider trades for Polaris 1000 turbo or Can am Maverick or X3.”
(04/18/2018) Chad spotted another California modified Flattie. It’s nearly identify to three other jeeps (same body updates, same dash, same custom windshield, same Muller custom top, etc). The differences are slightly, such as this one has a black rear bumper rather than a chrome one like the others.
“I’m selling my willys jeep. I hate to see it go but i don’t use it at all. Its in perfect shape. So many upgrades to the small block 305 v8. I don’t need to get rid of it so no low ballers. I am open to some trades and reasonable offers. I dont need help selling it and cash only. No scammers or tire kickers.”
