About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Not running… bought to restore and have too many other projects ahead of it. The price of $2500 is firm. Do not make any offers. Everything is there to get it going but do not have any idea what it needs.”
Seller will not part out or separate. The green one has a Meyer hardtop.
“I AM NOT PARTING THESE OUT, IF YOU WANT PARTS BUY THEM BOTH AND TAKE WHAT YOU NEED. DON’T ASK ME FOR PARTS PLEASE. THANKS
Selling as a pair, a 1961 CJ-6 with an F Head motor. I really only bought this as a parts donor for the 67. Has a descent frame, motor turns by hand and is mostly complete, T90 and Dana 18 combo and still shift, unknown what insides look like. I am asuming the axles are 538 gears, but not sure. Dash is nice, roll bar, heater etc.
Number two was running and driving in 2016, (registered in NY) Dauntless V-6 motor runs well, but no brakes. Frame is just OK, the doublers straps that go along the bottom are coming off, hence buying the 61. Muffler is gone and its loud, but can drive up onto trailer, just have chocks in place to stop it. Full hard top and its in pretty good shape, has some rust through, but very savable. All doors work and the rear hatch goes up and locks in place. Tranny I think is a T86 and it shifts fine. TC is a bit stiff, but It works. Probably from not being used much.
Do not have titles, but both have Data plates. The NY registration was never sent to me from the person in NY, even after numerous tries and offers of paying what ever fee’s he needed paying. I have a picture of the non -transferable NY reg. But thats it. These are located in Chester, Mass. 01011. Sold with bill of sale only. You can make one good one with some sheet metal work, niether tub is good, but the 67 is salvagable in MHO. $1500 or BRO. Thanks for looking”
“Project. Not currently driveable. Will need to be trailered. Needs engine and brake work to be started and stopped. I have driven it. It shifts through all the gears, low/high works and 2wd/4wd works. Some extra parts and original wheels/tires included. The picture makes the body look better than it actually is. Paint is blue peal coat over mostly bare metal. Topper is black Rustoleum. A better paint job with some body work would do a lot for it. With that said, it is definitely still a solid vehicle for 70+ years old. Has dings, dents and old repairs. A few small rust holes in the floor. All is common, repairable and no biggie. Needs to be seen in person to appreciate and evaluate it’s condition for yourself. Continue reading →
Intersting collection of parts. The flat fender body looks like it could be new? One of the tops is an earlier Kelly top. The other could be a 1960s Kelly top?
“Hello there today I have 1966 cj 6 that is in ok shape there is rust in the pretty typical places the floor boards are pretty much gone and I haven’t made it to them yet if you saw this post befor I have made some changes I am working on getting the back of the top back strait so the rear hatch works as it should working on some of the rust and getting it the way it should the only reason I’m trying to sell it again is that my dream vehical came up for sale and I need to sell this befor I can get anouther project. It has a dauntless v6 that was running really good and now for some reason won’t turn over right now I am working on that. The Jeep was bought by the city of aspen for snow mass ski resort and spent a majority of it life driving up and down the ski slope so the 46 thousand miles the that odometer reads I was told is accurate I’m know I’m forgetting stuff feel free to call or text with questions. My name is chad I’m asking 5000 due to its rarity but cash talks”
