Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Willy’s cj-2a hardtop in excellent condition. A few small dents in the roof, and paint scratching off in a few places, but overall it is in very good condition. Aluminum construction. All glass perfectly intact. Sliding windows and back hatch opens perfectly fine. No rust. Asking 375 as is, or 425 and will have the dents removed. In excellent condition.”

Tom’s selling this CJ-5. It appears to have a Kelly Hardtop. It runs and drives, but has no brakes. It has a good title.Various other parts available. Call Tom 616-204-9663.

Craig shared this one. I wouldn’t say this is an “easy” restoration, but sounds like it may have a good engine.

“I have a 43 willys that has been in the family for a long time. It is time for me to let it go. It runs with a stock flathead. Most things have been gone through and replaced over the years. It runs and drives great. It has a hard top with extra windshield to make it all work. It needs a few minor things. It hasn’t been registered in 30 years.”
