“Good condition for age. L134 engine and T90 trans. Great canadate for a restoration, or just give it a good mechanical over haul and have it on the road and enjoy it in no time. Both jeeps have been sitting and are in need of a good tune up. I do not have a title but i can help with the process. I also have all the parts you would ever need for your 2A or 3A. .”

UPDATE: Mystery solved. I found a couple brochures about this top. They were published in a 1947ish Willys Overland Equipment Book (thanks to Jon for letting me scan that particular folder). The suicide doors were original to this top. Examples of The Boston Top below:
