Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Good condition for age. L134 engine and T90 trans. Great canadate for a restoration, or just give it a good mechanical over haul and have it on the road and enjoy it in no time. Both jeeps have been sitting and are in need of a good tune up. I do not have a title but i can help with the process. I also have all the parts you would ever need for your 2A or 3A. .”

“I’ve got an aluminum hard top that came on my 1952 willys cj2a. The tag on the top says it was made by Sears and Roebuck. Comes with doors, and back window. Could be an awesome piece for a restoration.Text is the best way to get ahold of me.”
Has a few modifications.
“Vintage running Willys Jeep with Aluminum hardtop. needs some TLC. Back top opens upward, tailgate comes down.
My dad purchased back around 1990 – 2000s. He used it to plow snow out of the driveway for my momma. He got sick in 03′ and passed in 012. Momma says sale. We have it running and driving, blade works, cleaned up, found a back seat that fits in back. call for more info.”

(06/02/2015) Has a rear PTO and a plow. Has a rare Beck model 200 hardtop.

“1963 cj6 with “Fireball” v6, Three speed manual. Runs and drives perfect. 4×4 works flawless. Has a heater, radio, rear back lights, 4500 pound winch, folding tow bar for easy transport. There is no rust in floor. The floor has been repaired with new metal. Frame has no rust. Very solid Jeep for its age. New master cylinder, brake lines, and brake pads all the way around. Hard top with doors is removable. Title in hand. Will trade for ? Text ”

UPDATE: Mystery solved. I found a couple brochures about this top. They were published in a 1947ish Willys Overland Equipment Book (thanks to Jon for letting me scan that particular folder). The suicide doors were original to this top. Examples of The Boston Top below:
