Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Almost everything on it has been redone and it’s ready to roll. OPTIONAL – custom made crow’s nest tower blind – $1500. I also have a new (still in the box) 9000lb Warn winch with cradle and wiring – $600.”

(01/21/2010) Now this is a huntin’ Jeep.
“1955 Willys Jeep 4 Cyl F-Head 4X4, Completely Rhino-Lined Flat Green inside and out (this alone cost $2000.00), 4 Gun Racks and 1 Bow Rack, New All Seasons Corn Spreader (reinforced to protect spinner unit), Heavy duty overhead off-road lights, Very large front game basket / rack, Normal size storage basket / rack on back for ice chests/gear, High lift jump seat with seatbelt and additional covered storage compartment underneath, 10 ply tires & spare mounted on rear of jeep. Recently replaced brakes, alternator, starter, battery and wiring. Maintained regularly for the last 10 years. Perfect for hunting or ranch use but not street legal at current point. Runs good and quiet. Extremely simple to work on and can still get parts at almost all auto parts stores. Bought bay boat and wife is making me sell this. Can email additional pictures if needed. “1952 Willy’s Jeep. Was used mainly for hunting. This Jeep has 2 high rise seats mounted on the back, they can be removed. Motor was rebuilt in1995,all new seals & fluids, new starter, tires in 2008. Asking $2850.00 considering I’ve found this model of Jeep priced more but will negotiate for the right price. This Jeep would be great for hunting, farm use or possible restoration. “1963 Willys jeep, 4 cyl GO-DEVIL engine, 4WD, Standard, Brush guard with light rack, winch mounted on removable boom ( to raise deer for field dressing) with lights for after dark cleaning, removable front basket to hold deer, seats moved back and lowered, removable roll bar, removable high seat, 3 receiver hitches at rear 1 up front removable air drive feeder, 6 gun racks, 1 bow rack, extra springs in rear suspension, tires slimmed, gas tank relocated to frame, have Title, runs good $2800 or cash and guns?”

“1943 willys jeep. has deer stand welded to the top over-seeing the jeep. has rack in the back for storage and reciever hitch in the front bumper for easy towing. its also painted camoflouge and is a little rough around the edges. needs a new battery, has been started up before and runs really nicely.”
