About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“4 cylinder original Jeep. New copper radiator, new windshield, paint, carb. Antique tag. Many reinforced body and frame work. Motor runs great. Awesome paint job with clean detailing. Must see! New military tires.”
Charles spotted this Surrey-like jeep. It looks to me like an early, basic DJ-3A to which someone added some surrey trimmings. No price or description provided, other than the seller describes it as a “1953”, which would be three years before the first DJ was introduced. Still, it looks like a fun rig to drive around town. It’s for sale the weekend of May 12-14.

Way too much done to this jeep to even begin. Have pictures of the process, a notebook with $30,000 in receipts, and the contact info for the man who did all of the work. I bought it from him. He did most everything himself as a project with his son over 2 years. He did get the Camaro Green paint job and the original engine rebuild done professionally though. NO RUST…SS Bolts throughout, sprayed undercarriage and inside pan. She’s a PEACH!!
Please do not contact me if you’re not serious, or if you don’t know the history of this specific and rare vehicle…especially in this condition. I will include some pics, but you must see it. It took me a long time to find a cj6 of this quality.
You cannot drive it anywhere without getting lots of attention. CASH/CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY.
Includes new Safari Best-Top with doors, spare parts, all receipts and pictures of work. Does not use oil. Small/Slow leak around differential, but have not had the time to take it to get new seals. Does not affect driving. Cranks first turn. Hidden DUI Kill Switch, 3″ lift, custom steel bumpers, etc. ”
“1964 Willys CJ5 Jeep with original numbers matching F-134 Hurricane 4 cyl. Runs and drives as new. Original Warner 3 speed shifts silky smooth. Older restoration but mechanically 110%. For the price of a four wheeler, you can be the envy of any deer camp this year. Priced for quick sale by local fussy doctor – $6995.00. Clean original Nebraska Title. No surprises-no disappointments.”
Scott’s selling this nice looking jeep. It’s title as a 1955, so either it was a CJ-3B/CJ-5 or it was a late selling ’53 CJ-3A.
” Frame off restored/modified 1955 CJ3, nearly all body parts replaced, powder coated frame, new brake lines, new wiring harness, Buick 225 V6, electronic ignition, 33×12.50×15 BF Goodrich AT tires, American Racing aluminum wheels. Odometer shows 750 miles since resto/mod. Completely street legal. $11,000. Scott 409-920-8402 Orange Texas.”
“Here’s your chance to own an American Classic! This Willys Jeep has been in one family since 1948. The vehicle had a frame up restoration in the mid-1980s and is still in solid condition and good working order. It has been garage kept and meticulously maintained over the years. The car starts and runs great. All of the wiring works (odometer needs connected).
If you are interested in purchasing or learning more about the Jeep please contact me by e-mail. I would be happy to send additional information and photos on request.”
