About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

(07/07/2015) This looks to be a good price. It’s an Ansul Model Dry Chemical Fire Truck serial #320. The FC serial number is 61568 19861.
“1961 Jeep Forward Control (FC-170) 4WD. 6192 miles on speedometer. It used to be a chemical fire truck in Cold Bay, Alaska. It now has a flat bed on the back. Much work has been done on this truck to make it a reliable vehicle for running errands. It would not keep up with traffic out on the highway (top speed might be 50 without an overdrive). It has a 226 CI Continental engine, 3 speed manual transmission, two speed transfer case, 5.38 differentials, locking hubs. This would make a great rig for hunting. It definitely gets a lot of attention wherever it goes. There is some minor rust-through at the bottom of the driver’s door. Both doors shut easily; windows crank up and down easily; all glass is good. I am asking for $7,000. I will not accept lower offers or trades.”
“VERY ORIGINAL Willy’s with rebuilt engine! New tires and new soft top and an electric plow! I am selling this vehicle for an elderly friend who can no longer drive.”
Seller says this is unrestored. Looks like a reasonable buy-it-now price to me.
” Has up for auction a really neat and particularly rare 1964 Willy’s Jeep F150 pick up!
This is an non restored driver quality vehicle that’s rust free and a blast to drive. The all steel body is straight and very presentable. The older paint finish is decent and only showing a few cosmetic nicks and minor blemishes. The glass, tires and wheels are in good condition. The underside is also very solid. The frame and all around structure are sound. The rear wooden bed could be redone if desired. Beginning to show considerable wear especially behind the cab. The rear bumper is constructed on wood. Obviously replaced some years ago.

“1957 Willys Jeep A Trench. I am the owner and have the title. This is one of the rarest things I have ever seen. It has an Auburn trencher attachment which later became Ditch Witch. This Jeep has been sitting in a pole barn for at least 10 years! I pulled and flushed the gas tank , blew out the fuel lines and cleaned the carb. It fires up and runs good! It will need some brake work! It was originally a baby blue color. It was repainted nearly 15 years ago. There was some patching done on the floor boards at that time. I’m sure they also patched it elsewhere. The paint job is fair for its age. It has some paint bubbles on the right rear quarter The interior is pretty nice and it shows 7770 original miles. Tires have excellent tread but are weather cracked. If you have an interest I urge you to come and look at it !! I have a lot of pictures. More than I can show here. I will gladly send you more. What a unique piece of equipment to own.. It is a 1957 and is not perfect. But would make a awesome restoration project. Sold as is needing TLC! Engine runs great!”
