Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1949 Willys Overland Jeepster. Street Rod. 289 ci, C4 Automatic, Mustang II front clip with drop Spindles and Disc Brakes. Shaved Door handles and rear bumper. custom gauge cluster. Minor damage to right rear fender (see pictures). Top and Side curtains are in excellent shape.O.B.O”

Doesn’t run, but looks in good shape. I don’t see a front driveline, so it may still be 2WD.
“1957 military jeep all original except for paint. Jeep is in excellent condition as far as the body is concerned, needs a little restoration for the interior to be back up. Has been sitting for 20 years. Does not run, would be a great project or collectors item. Call or text anytime”

“1963 Willys Pickup (Jeep) in very good condition. 1974 Chev 250 inline six in excellent condition. New Edelbrock carb, Mallory ignition, headers, new mufflers. Chev 4 speed and transfer case. All in great working condition. Comes with newer front Axel with new disc break setup. Also comes many new parts not installed. Great truck. Gets lots of looks.”

“Just in time for Spring is this one of a kind 1953 Willys Hot Rod Truck. It may still say 4 wheel drive on the Hood but this bad boy has been transformed from snow plow duty to a bitchin Street Rod. The project started with a super clean stock 53 Willys pickup. The front end received a Mustang II suspension while the rear end came from a Lincoln. Four wheel disc brakes stop this machine like a 747. A brand new Ford 302 crate motor handles the power. the engine was placed as low and as far back as possible which gives this ride great handling. Inside has a bench seat and Jimmy Shine “spiked ball” shifter knob. Easy to drive and very reliable. New Painless Street Rod wiring. all lights, horn, turn signals etc. work as they should.”
