This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (06/17/2014) “I have a 1954 M38A1 Military Jeep for sale. It has 20,000 original miles on it. I have gone through everything on the Jeep. I have owned it since 1986 but I don’t get to use it much anymore so I decided to sell it instead of letting it sit, when someone else could be driving it and having a good time. Hot August Nights is just around the corner.
Lots of updates. Looks like the body has been lengthened.
“Professionally built with less than 200 miles on body-off restoration.
All steel body extended 6″ in driver’s compartment for additional legroom. Rebuilt 327ci Chevy with angle plug heads, Holley Carb with aluminum intake, fenderwell headers and Turbo 350 adapted to DANA 18 transfer case.
Power front, disc brakes with 10″ drums in rear and 5.38 gears. 7″ lift and 35×15.5×15 Super Swamper Bogger tires on Beadlock monster wheels, power steering and custom built 6-point roll cage.
A great Jeep that you can take just about anywhere.

“FOR SALE IS A 1945 WILLYS MB. IT HAS MANY NEW AND ORIGINAL PARTS. THE ENGINE IS AT 0.010 STOCK NO SLEEVES. IT RUNS PERFECTLY. IT HAS THE ORIGINAL T-84 TRANSMISSION. THE ENGINE IS WW2 AS WELL AS THE WHOLE DRIVE TRAIN. THE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, TRANSFER CASE, AND AXLES WERE REBUILT. THE JEEP HAS NEW PERIOD CORRECT WW2 WIRING. IT IS A FACTORY STOCK 6 VOLT.

“Just a cool old ride fresh green paint with all the extras 4 cylinder runs good drives like a 1946 army jeep the price is very fair for this ride leaves room for you to add your own personal touch needs seat cushions and top or just throw a couple lawn chair cushions in it and go not selling as true army jeep cause thats a hard thing to determine but its a 46 willy jeep clean clear title”

(03/05/2013) No drain holes, so this may have had some body work. Looks good. Needs engine work.
