About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Ends soon … Has a rebuilt motor. The Road Runner graphics are cool in their own way. Replace the fenders with some black ones (or try to repaint to match existing paint) and you might have a fun little jeep. Check that front end though, as it might be a little twisted (Or the replacement bumper was attached at an angle.
“The jeep has the original 4 cylinder motor with less than 2000 miles on a rebuild. It has new springs and shocks. The transmission is a manual 3-speed. It has lockout hubs.”

“Full custom, ground up build with new store bought high-end parts! It is registered and in my name as a 47 Jeep even though the whole thing was built new just a few years ago. There has been absolutely no expensed spared in this Jeep. Body is a very well built and thick fiberglass body, never to worry about rust issues again, ever and it has no cracks anywhere, it is so thick that even the hood close with a thump! The frame is a late model Jeep frame, boxed and reinforced throughout.
Engine is a 350 Chevrolet 4 bolt main, steel crank, forged pistons, decked, lined bored and balanced. Cylinder heads have been completely gone through including larger valves, springs, retainers, studs and roller rockers. Quiet Gear drive, with a mild street cam for long hours of idling. Aluminum radiator with temp controlled electric fan, never gets hot even after running all day. Electronic ignition, hooker headers, chrome or aluminum everything possible on the engine. Transmission is a professionally built power-glide automatic with a manual shift valve body, aftermarket transmission cooler and heavy duty torque convertor, this transmission is bullet proof. Drive shafts are new with heavy duty u-joints and retainers.
Front and Rear differentials have I believe 4:11 gears, been too long and cannot remember, disk brakes in front with Warn hubs and large drums in the rear. Wilwood master cylinders with steel braid throughout. The chassis has an aftermarket front sway bar that is easily disconnected for trail riding and full oscillation. Power steering with remote reservoir make the huge Mickey Thompsons turn easily. The suspension springs are, medium duty in the front and I have two sets for the rear, both included. At the moment I have extra firm springs in the rear for dune driving, in an hour they can be replaced with the extra soft springs for trail riding. Dual shocks (Chrome) in the rear and single (Chrome) in the front. Steering linkage (Chrome) is very tight with absolutely no play at all, this Jeep drives very well and tight going down the road.
