(12/10/2014) This stock truck runs and drives. It’s a good reason to visit San Juan Island, which is very quiet this time of year.
“I am selling my 1955 Willy’s pickup. It is totally stock . The original “Super Hurricane” six cylinder engine runs great without any smoke or knocking . The four wheel drive and trans shift and function smoothly without any clunks or grinds or any sounds at all. Cooling system hold water and thermostat works .Tires hold air.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6000
The photo makes it appear the jeep tilts forward, but I’m betting that’s an optical illusion, unless the front wheels are really really small. I don’t think they are that small.
“1948 Willy’s jeep, with 4 cylinder Pontiac engine, has title, and runs.”

“This was a one owner Willys that I got a few months ago. I have made the following repairs. New master cylinder, 4 new wheel cylinders, all new brake shoes, all new rubber brake hoses, one new rear steel brake line. New gas tank, new 6 volt battery and voltage regulator. New correct battery hold down. New coil, plug wires, cap, rotor, plugs and points. New 6 volt battery cables. New clutch fork and throw-out bearing, new clutch pivot arm assembly. One NOS vacuum wiper motor. New exhaust manifold gasket. Almost new front tires. It needs a few items to be 100 % such as two new matching rear tires and a muffler and tail pipe. It runs and drives great all the gauges work correctly.”

Runs and drives. You wouldn’t want to rear end someone with those gas tanks full!
“1956 Jeep Willy CJ5. Starts right up and runs great. Newer seats, new battery, New steering damper shock. All new fluids (oil, differential, transfer case). Replaced front output shaft seal in transfer case and front axle pinion seal. New odometer and speedometer. We have original soft top and doors (not sure they fit with roll bar). “1957 Willys FC-150 3/4 ton truck. I have used it as a Sunday cruiser since I’ve owned it and really enjoyed it. I’m on to other toys now, which is the reason I’m selling it. NOTE: The mileage is NOT accurate. The odometer doesn’t function and hasn’t since I purchased it.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $9995.
(03/03/2015) Looks in good shape.
“1951 CJ3A. Super nice. No rust or dents. Low original miles. Cosmetic restoration. Runs great. This is the nicest flat fender Jeep I have seen in many years. No trades please.”
