“For sale is 1946 Willys CJ-2A serial number 94602. The jeep retains all of its factory frame and body tags as well as the original engine and drivetrain. The jeep has a valid NC title, the engine turns over freely and the trans and tcase shift through the gears properly. The body is in good shape overall for its age, saved by the top and being stored indoors. The areas that need attention are shown in the photos. This 2A is a wonderful example of a survivor and will make someone a great driver and/or restoration project.
TJ spotted this jeep. There may already be a pending offer on it.

“Rare 1946 column shift Cj2a. Runs good but does not have brakes that work. The front floor has been replaced. It’s a number matching frame horn, firewall tag and title. Great rare Willys to restore. These are hard to find”
Not sure about the price given it needs a tank installed, but there’s a lot of stock CJ-5 here for early CJ-5 lovers.

“For sale 1959 4wd Willys wagon Jeep restored, with rebuilt 226 ci 6cylinder engine runs and drives (needs headliner)”
There’s a lot of early jeep here. The 0-8 KS speedo has the orange needle; I’m not sure why some are white and some are orange. This also has an early top that looks in good shape and a set of early, period correct even, Free-Lock hubs. It still has the reversed front shackles, too.

Chuck spotted this nice looking 2A.
“1948 CJ-2A, restored by prior owner. Documentation including manuals, assembly notes, receipts and restoration photos.
L-134 4 Cylinder motor with three speed manual transmission and transfer case. Has rare overdrive mounted but could be changed to front or rear PTO.
Original 6 volt electrical system.
Red with grey seats. Black top and doors.
Great shape, runs and drives well, however this is a 73 year old vehicle so don’t expect it to drive like a modern car!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $15,000.
Bill is selling his beautiful 1947 CJ-2A. We met with Bill back in 2018 and I saw this jeep in person at that time.
