Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1972 CJ6, 4cyl 232, 3 speed. Runs great and is solid for it’s age. Does have some rust but was undercoated to extend the body life. The jeep is extremely clean and functional. Odometer says 68,000 but actual mileage is unknown. Many new parts including brand new Best Top soft top, fuel tank and radiator. Including original purchase price and new parts, over $6200.00 invested with receipts.”
It includes an overdrive. No top.
“1946 CJ 2a, with overdrive. Wench and tow hitch In front. Has minor rust and the passenger floor pad has a hole. It runs and drives great. Good title, tagged historic. Sold with no top. 4500, firm.. Good for restoration or daily driver, just not in the rain.”

“1955 Jeep M38A1 Nekaf running in good condition. Made in Holland.
Needs cosmetic body work and a basic engine tune up. Has a small oil leak that I believe is coming from the filter area.
Needs new Pitman arm.
Has Military style canvas top, doors and side panels.

(05/28/2013) This appears in good shape.
“I’ve owned this jeep for the most of 15 years but am losing my storage. It has less than 2000 miles since it has been overhauled including the motor, drive train, brakes, gauges. The only time it gets driven is for parades. It still has the 24 volt electrical system. The carburetor needs a little TLC because I usually only run it in parades so it will need a little cleaning. The lights are all hooked up but not working. I’m asking $8500.00 or best reasonable offer. Included in this price is a complete canvas top that is in excellent condition including side doors. I’m not sure if it has ever been used.

“1947 split window willys jeep with hardtop and doors, motor was overhauled 3k miles ago, runs excellent, 4×4 works, brakes are a little weak but they work, overall excellent condition for its age.”
