UPDATE: Was $2000. Status Unknown
Plenty of surface rust. Ok, Im not sure why, but that hardtop has a bit of an alien feel to me. Maybe it has just settled funny on the ground or something.

“Jeep Willys 1952. Good mechanical condition. No rust. Clear title. Iowa license. Price Firm.”
This looks solid, but needs a little bit of work.
“1947 CJ 2A, bought 10 years ago from a farmer who painted the tub and did minor mechanical work to the jeep. Since owned I have replaced the following parts:
Crate Go devil engine with less then 500 miles on it since installation
Transmission ( 3 speed)
clutch
gas tank
radiator/ fan/ belt
4 new 16 inch tires
4 new 16 inch rims
all new brakes
new Brake Master cylinder
new parking Brake
2 re built front locking hubs
3 new pedals
1 new steering wheel
horn
4 new leaf springs
4 new shocks
new rear seat
new converter to 6v to 12v
windshield wipers 2
new exhaust system
Jeep is 100 percent road ready and off road ready, 4×4 works perfectly in high and low. Engine runs perfectly no smoke lots of power.
The Body has not been touched since I purchased it 10 years ago, it is painted Red and has some signs of rust under the paint and a few small dents and dings, The frame is straight.
All body lights work along with headlights and brake lights.
The jeep is a CJ 2A ( has ID tags) with one exception the farmer I bought it from put a Cj 3a windshield frame on it. The glass in the frame has been replaced with new glass and new wipers were installed the wipers work off compression of the motor.
The Tub itself from the outside is in fair shape, the seats are newly covered and have no ware or tare . The floor in the tub is plated and the seats are NOT mounted correctly as per the year and model.
This jeep is 100 percent mechanically good to go. I have no more time to put into this jeep, it has been garage kept since I bought it.”
