It’s not quite as original as claimed, but looks solid.

“Rare 1959 Cj3BM Jeep; Made in Japan by Mitsubishi. Needs to be restored. Motor runs but smokes a little. Steering box needs rebuilding. $3000 firm.”
This doesn’t look too bad; if the price is right this might be a good project.

(06/25/2010) “1947 Willys CJ 2A 4 WD Jeep. It is all original, except for the driver’s side side view mirror. It has a4 speed transmission and 4 wheel drive. Due to it’s age, it is being sold As Is with no warranties on it. It has 57,908 original miles on it. Clean and clear title. Runs and drive. The battery is out of it because it was in storage. It can be inspected before buying. It has a new exhaust system, wheel cylinders, gas tank and tail light. It will need some touch up work on the body and interior and new glass on the driver’s side of the windshield.”
