This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “48 willys jeep mint condition! Flat head 4 cyl with overdrive. 8000 lb warn winch, new tires, custom upulstery, soft top, emeron paint. Garaged for past 7 years other than ride around the block every 3-4 months.”

Charles forwarded some more pics of the Belgian Army. In the first pic, the seat on the grass suggests it may have been used as a lawn chair.

It’s a militarized CJ-2A that appears ready for a parade. I believe the Jasper engine is from Jaspers Engines and Transmissions in Indiana.
