Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Classic tonka honey bucket jeep. Good condition, straight from an estate so it could use a little clean up. Some edge chips, some marker/drawing on the underside of the hood. See photos. Manufactured from 1972-73 based on old tonka catalogs and newspaper ads.”

Oscar is selling his good looking, restored early GPW.
“Up for sale is a unique WWII jeep. A numbers-matching-original 1942 Ford GPW Script. It has been painstakingly restored using an excellent, rust-free original body, the original Willys style (Midland) frame and completely rebuilt factory correct Ford engine and drive train. This jeep is tight and drives like new. Everything has been restored mostly with original or NOS (new old stock) F-marked parts.

Oscar is selling this nice looking CJ-2A.
“Everything is new or restored on this jeep. Runs flawlessly. New: body tub, leaf springs, shocks, seat covers, tires, soft top and doors, etc. Restored: engine, drivetrain, differentials, rad, steering box and linkage, Dualmatic locking hubs, original heater, galvanized frame, etc etc. Can’t confirm the mileage. At least twice the list price has been spent on this jeep. Moving overseas.”
