“1944 Jeep Willys CJ2A/MB/GPW
I have owned this jeep for 8 years and it has been a great project. Tub/Body is an early example CJ2a with tool indents. I got this jeep in to running condition and fixed it up to be a Parade and around town runner. Engine is a L134 “Go Devil” 4cyl with 3 speed T-90 floor shifter. The Jeep is mostly complete, but not a show piece. It has unfortunately sat for the last 4 years not getting used. Although it did run when parked it will need to be gone through again to get it into running condition.
It comes with some rarer jeep parts including some stamped F(ford) parts, 3 solid disk(non- slotted) rims, and the early CJ2A tub with tool indents.
This Jeep will also have a clear Titled in my name for a 1944 Ford GPW, I licensed and insured the jeep as such, in the time that I’ve owned it. The Jeep has the accompanying data plate matching the title. I ran the appropriate serial number searches, with the state when I bought it, verifying no outstanding history. Getting this Jeep licensed and insured will not be an issue.
It has been a fun toy, that always grabs attention, but it’s time to move it on to someone who can invest time into it. ”
Hard to tell how much value is here.
