I wonder if this was a Texaco truck?

“1953 Willys Jeep truck. 4 cylinder, 4WD. Snow plow with Jeep Hi-Lo pump. Vehicle body is intact.
Vehicle has not been run in many years. Has 3 flat tires. This vehicle will need to be flat bedded.
This is a great restoration project.”

“1945 Willys MB Jeep, Military Restoration Project
Well folks….there’s no sugar coating this one….its a late model 1945 Willys MB! This Jeep was produced just a few weeks prior to the end of the war contract of the Willys MB military Jeep in 1945 (Data tag dated 8/8/45). The last military MB rolled off the assembly line in early September of ’45. (I also have the original data plate and the i.d. tag is still in place on the left front frame horn).
The floors will need to be replaced as they are rusted through in several areas. I do have the original grill and hood (in excellent primered condition, the right (NOS)and left front fenders, and numerous other parts that are not pictured.

I have the heavier replacement front bumper along with the rear cross member if needed. The numbers matching engine ran when this first came home (this has been sitting in my garage for the past 7 years), however, it has a very slight crack in the water-jacket from someone who did not properly winterize it.

1951 CJ-3A Nevada City, CA $3500

• CATEGORIES: CJ-3A This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: Was ‘Make Offer’, now priced at $3500.

https://goldcountry.craigslist.org/cto/d/nevada-city-1951-willys-cj3a/6809392763.html

“1951 Willys CJ3A
Buick 231 or 3.8 v6 HEI, Manual transmission, Hurst shifter (I believe its a t10), front locking hubs, old dry rotted 31×10.5r15 on very cool vintage wheels. It has a clean California title in my name with a hull number. Currently non op and current on all fees. This is a sweet little old flat fender built by an older gentleman in Sacramento as a offroad/ hunting rig. It has a home built roll cage, seats out of a late model car, and a questionable fuel cell. I have a new carb, battery, and new ignition switch for it (not installed). It runs and drives but no you aren’t going to drive it to the rubicon trail without bleeding the brakes and the fuel cell cleaned out or replaced and probably some new tires. Its a very fun little yellow jeep and it will turn heads whatever you decide to do with it. It even has a hitch on the back if you want to drag a small boat or trailer around town. The paint is old and worn and has dent in passanger rear quarter panel and scratches an scars from its offroad history but nothing that isn’t easily fixable or detracts from the overall patina.
$3500 and no I wont trade for dope… some people’s kids”

John’s “Woody” DJ-5A

• CATEGORIES: Builds, Features, Wood bodies This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

John shared his neat DJ-5. If you live on Long Island, keep a watch for him during the summer.

He wrote, It was turned into a ‘Woody’ about 35 years ago. This one is a 69 DJ5 A. I bought it about 1980/81 or so. It’s got the original 2.5 in it and I use it about 4 months every year…..June to September. I have not made any changes except for putting in a radio and a glove box and I recently had the Seats recovered. I never met the original owner (the guy who did all the nice woodwork, glass etching and paint job) but recently ran into someone who recognized the Jeep and told me about the very creative guy to built it back in the 70s. About twenty years ago I had to take the motor out and and replace the main bearings. Last year I had to find an exhaust manifold which was not easy. Otherwise, it gives me good reliable service every year. It’s really been a fun vehicle. Every where I go people want to buy it and on the hiway I am always being photographed while driving.
