“It’s a 1949 Willys CJ2A with a ford V8 engine.
New shocks and new springs.
It was runs and drivable but parked so long and the timing was off. You need to bring your trail to tow.”

Hard to tell much, but it might be fairly stock.

“My family has an old jeep, it’s a relic that has been very hard for us to let go. It’s a 1947 Willys CJ-2a that’s been sitting in our garage for 30+ years. Was my great uncles. We wish we had the funds and resources to get this amazing piece of history drivable but it’s not realistic right now. The body is intact and everything is original besides a camo paint job my dad did a long time ago.. It doesn’t run and needs a complete overhaul because of how long its been sitting in our garage.
Fortunately, there are a lot of manuals online on how to do it.

I would love to see this jeep find a home to someone who would take good care of it and someone who wouldn’t mind staying in contact with my family so we could see the process of it being restored. and possibly have a ride in it once it’s finished being restored

This looks to be a parts jeep. Has no title.

“As far as these go, it has a very solid and straight body. No rust of consequence, lots of great parts, tub, etc. Would make a great donor body or project to build. I do not know the exact year as I do not have a title. Bill of sale only. A past owner repowered this Willys using an early mustang 6 cylinder, it is installed and all hooked up. It “ran when parked”, but not drivable. The project was never completed and it has been sitting for many years. The motor does turn over. It needs a new home as I no longer have time for it.”

“1949 Willy’s Farm Truck clowned military Jeep (not running). I bought this from an estate sale. Was going to restore it, but do not have the time. It has the L134 engine, PTO and a gear box belt drive on back to run farm equipment (it’s a rare farm truck only a handful still exsists). I was told it ran in parades until owner began to strip it for parts to restore another Jeep. It’s a CJ3A with military parts to make it look like a military Jeep. $4500 OR BEST OFFER”
