This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This has a front and rear PTO and is supposed to run great according to the post title.
“4cyl. 4speed, PTO winch in front and farm PTO in rear! Very little rust! Just needs fuel tank boiled and tires to be ready for the lease! Jeep is complete less the windshield frame.
Why spend thousands on asian plastic 4wheelers when for a lot less you can have American steel and a piece of history with this Korean era Army Jeep?”

“All original 1961 wagon purchased from original owner 10 years ago. Includes original Super Hurricane 226 6 cylinder engine and drivetrain. Originally from Minnesota, car has some rust. Dash and all gages in excellent condition. Original seats with seat covers, headliner and garnish moldings. Upgrade brake kit for front end included.”

(11/26/2009) The seller would like to trade this jeep as part of a trade for a Cargo Trailer. This is a no tailgate DJ-3A. This appears to be a great price.
“JEEP: 1956 WILLY’S DJ3-A. Needs the bodywork finished and painted. Body is in good shape. Not wrecked or rusted out. Floorpan is great. Engine is a 4-cyl 1971 Ford, but runs like a top! Short exhaust w/cherry bomb. Roll bar and hardtop included. Aluminum mag wheels. Needs tires. Windshield is cracked, but would be easy to replace. Clear title in my name. Very unusual model. Same body style as Willy’s MB/Ford GPW. Would trade for approx $1200 +/- toward a trailer.”

This is a 1964 cj5a tuxedo park, 4 cylinder, 3 on the tree, five 700×15 tires with about 600 feet on them, seats redone about 4 months ago. chrome good still some shine. paint looks good from 15 feet away. not original color. was light blue when new. runs, stops, shifts great!! not installed but included complete 11 inch brakes for front. original dash ruined by non factory radio cutout. dash included plus super nice factory red dash panel and glove box. body is way way above average. 99.99% rust free! no rust tailgate! no rust below tail lights! floors solid as is tool box. still has its original perfect side steps! sold new in california but relocated to southern oregon 30 years ago. still has original dealer frame on front license! radiator starting to weep.”
The body looks pretty good.
“1954 Willys utility wagon, ran great when put up on blocks 10 years ago. Also many spare engine/tranny parts. Not running now but it is off blocks and will roll. It would have to be trailered away. $950. or best offer. It is in the way of my wife’s garden and must go.”

This looks like a good price. It’s got a the old Bobcat hood, too; at least, I think Bobcat was the manufacturer?
