These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (10/02/2014) Another hunting jeep from Texas.
“Two for One – This great hunting jeep comes with a second jeep I bought for parts. Auto Trader Classics list this model as a collectors item worth up to $21,000 restored. I have owned it for 30 years and recently sold my hunting ranch. Runs good and recently put $1,600 in parts in it.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $4000.
(10/26/2014) Listed as a 1952, it looks more like a CJ-2A.
“1952 Willys jeep with Western snow plow, jeep’s motor was overhauled 500 miles ago, runs great, shifts great, 4 by 4 works good, has rust in the body, tires and brakes are good. snow plow is a hydraulic pump lift, with up, down, right or left, may sell separate plow and jeep.”

“Ive got to sell my beautiful 1945 Willys CJ2A to make room for my side by side. Original 4 cal 6V civilian model 1st year they were built. It has been in car shows and paradise and also around the hills around Mesquite. Green with yellow wheels was the original color, pretty wild for 1945. It will take you about anywhere you want to go and always puts a smile on everybody’s face. A lot of fun and in great shape”

“1946 cj2a jeep willy got the jeep last year runs and drives but had a bent frame . I bought a nother frame no time to put back together. Have all parts but will need to be put back together. Great winter project. Looking for ???“

(11/20/2014) Includes a rear PTO.
“This is a 1947 Willy’s Jeep with a factory installed PTO in the back. All original parts.. It starts right up and drives like a charm. This Jeep is registered as an antique vehicle in Texas. I received this baby due to a loss of someone close.. and just having it in my possession is hard for me to handle. I don’t know much about this vehicle, but I do know that I have never seen another 1947 Will’s Jeep in the condition as this one.. I’m not needing to get rid of it I just wanted to see what other creative items are out there.. I am located in Garland, Tx but this vehicle is located in Arkansas.”

Oscar is selling this nice looking CJ-2A.
“Everything is new or restored on this jeep. Runs flawlessly. New: body tub, leaf springs, shocks, seat covers, tires, soft top and doors, etc. Restored: engine, drivetrain, differentials, rad, steering box and linkage, Dualmatic locking hubs, original heater, galvanized frame, etc etc. Can’t confirm the mileage. At least twice the list price has been spent on this jeep. Moving overseas.”

“1949 Willys jeep. Bought it from a farmer who had it in his barn and didn’t have title. I was going to get a title for it and fix it up but I took a job on the railroad and leave next month. It will try and start but won’t crank over. Hasn’t ran in years.”

“Have a 1947 Willys Jeep. Has doors and 2 roll cages. Have a spare fiberglass hood for it as well. Has a crack in the engine block. Everything is there for a winter project or parts. Asking 1200 obo.”
