This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “No paperwork. Jeep has been setting for 20 years. It took a bit to the front. Frame is repairable. Trans to transfer case is broken but might be repairable.”
This is a modified DJ-3A.

“The jeep started life as a 1957’s dj3a and was converted to 4wd later on. I have 5 rims and tires, fiberglass hardtop with wooden doors, doors need new wood. I also have the front windshield that goes with this set. i was thinking of keeping this unless i could find or trade for a regular fold down windshield. also have 4 stock leaf springs. make me an offer on this stuff. I need it gone.”

(10/05/2016) The red jeep has a DJ-3A body.
“two Willys jeeps for sale. They are rough but I was gonna make one out of the two. The blue one is a 1946 CJ2A, I have the data plate for it, but no title for either. I don’t know the year of the other one. The 46 has a bad frame but the other one is good. Neither one is running. There is also another set of axles and a set of 15in. powder coated wagon wheels goes with them. $1500 firm for all.”
Jordan spotted this later model DJ-3A that’s been mistakenly listed as a 1945.

This was a convertible DJ-3A. There might be some useful parts left, as few of which are unique to the DJ-3A.

“Parts Jeep or make it roadworthy. It needs a total rebuild. It has sat out back for many years. Am guessing about the year. The numbers on the motor say it’s 1948. It’s a parts Jeep. There’s no title. I added pictures to show the frame needs work. But hay, it’s 71 years old”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6000.
Converted to 4WD.
“This is a 1956 Willys Jeep with an in-line 4 cylinder. It has been converted into a hunting Jeep. I have replaced the carborator. Master cylinder, ignition switch, battery and oil. The Jeep runs great, the 4×4 works well. It has a shooting chair for the back and you can see it in the pictures.”
