1970 CJ5 axels- 4:88 gear ratios, stronger 1 piece rear axle shafts in rear, front axle has a Locker and hubs ,large brakes all the way around, tube bumpers front and rear and a roll bar
engine runs great, very powerful, brakes are awesome, this will climb a tree!
Chrome spoke wheels, but tires need replaced
rust in floors and toolbox floors but has been plated over
asking $2900 for this great little Willys Jeep”

Are those full floaters in the rear? Can’t quite tell. It runs, too.

The front frame rails have been lengthened.

“I have a ’47 jeep cj2 with Chevy 350, t-15 3 speed transmission, Dana spicer 20 transfer case and power steering, axles, and suspension from a later model cj. New BFG tires. Runs and drives but sometimes grinds out of reverse when backing up. It was previously tagged and inspected but they have expired. Looking to trade for 2010 and up Polaris RZR 800 and up or a Harley Davidson. I would also be interested in a multiple high end gun trade. Open to other offers also. Looks like the pair is priced at $3500. The 2A runs and the 3A doesn’t.

“I have two complete Jeep’s for sale. I would like to sell these as a pair. They are both partially restored and have new tires etc… I drove the 1947 quite a bit this summer, it ran great. Has been sitting in my shop the last couple of months and the last time I tried to start it, it would run for a while then die. I think the carb needs cleaned. The 1953 is complete but the engine is disassembled. They would be fun to tinker with this winter.”
