“1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A. All original, 92% complete. Has rare column shift. Motor is set up. Missing the air cleaner and tool box top. Good candidate for restoration. No title but has all vin tags/numbers for registration. Original 16″ wheels included (not currently on vehicle). Frame has a couple rust holes in front where some snow plow brackets used to reside, otherwise in good condition. Please contact me with any questions. $600 or best cash offer. Someone stole this CJ-2A. If you see the jeep for sale, either email me directly or contact the poster of this theft @ 5757700180. Listed as a 1942, it’s obviously a CJ-2A.
“Some lowlife took this motorless 42 Willys from Taos, Nm, sometime between Monday 5/26 and Saturday 5/31… there is a reward for information leading to its return.

(06/04/2014) Lots of updates, include reversed front springs.
“1947 Jeep Willy , fully restored, everything new or redone, over 20-25k into this jeep.
Chevy 350, Powerglide trans. 4×4 , 35″ super swampers, digital dash, too much to list. Must see, turns heads everywhere.

The rear loop of the cage is unusually far back. Gives the jeep a slightly different look.

There’s still some work to be done.
“Ok, lets try it again, I got stubborn with the previous $5000 because I was just going to finish the little things myself but have decided it needs to go!!
I am selling my rare 1945 cj2a. Just finished a complete repaint and was done very nice, new gauges and dash plates as well as all new cables. New windshield glass. New hood hold downs. New battery. New race lap belts. New led tail lights.
Has a full roll cage, I have the original style seats as well as aftermarkets that were there when I bought it.
Axles are dana 44 and dana 30. Ohhh….. It has a Chevy 350 mounted to a turbo 350!!! Dana 20 t case. Has tranny cooler. Aftermarket rear gas tank.
Front driveshaft is not hooked up and will need a joint shaft or clock the t case.
Running open headers right now. Sounds incredible.
Things that will need to be done to complete….
Bolt rest of cage
Tranny pan gasket has a leak
Mount battery under seat.
Wire lights/ turn signals if u want
Full Exhaust if you want
Mount original passenger seat or use the other ones
Those are the reasons priced so aggressive so already factored in the price.
