This might be a good price despite its not running status.
“I have a 1947 Willy’s Jeep for sale, The Jeep is not running and am selling because I don’t have time for this project. I have the title in hand. It would be a great project for someone. The model is a CJ2A it is not the orginal motor and has an extra set of tires, I am asking $1000 or best offer, Can help deliver in the Cedar Rapids area, ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1400.
I’m not sure I’d say the body is in “great shape”.
“An old red and white jeep willys the body is still in great shape the engine has most parts needs some work perfect piece of history needs new windshield. ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $500.
This is pretty beat up. Note the old Desert Dogs.

I can’t tell if these are $1200 each or $1200 for both. The VEC has the indents but I can’t tell for sure if it had a column shift or not.

(03/21/2010) From what I can see, this looks like a nice build.
“46 Willys, Buick V-6,rebuilt appox 300 miles.SM420 tansmission, dana 18 transfercase, dana 30 disk brake front, dana 41 rear,11 inch brakes.Power steering,Power brakes,Tilt wheel,New raidator, New headers, Very soild rust free body, this has been a three year project and everything is new.Built for offroad,is streetable but has has very low gearing.Have a dana 44 full floater that will go with it.Tires are bfg 33-10.50-15.”
I’m assuming both run, drive and stop based on the “all-in-good-working-order” comment.
“1948 green Jeep CJ2, engine, transmission, running gear, frame, all in good working order. 1949 yellow Jeep CJ3, engine, transmission, running gear, frame, all in good working order. Engine needs valve job. Both Jeeps would be great for a frame-up restoration. $3000.00 for both.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
(08/03/2010) I’ve seen more wood slatted hoods in Montana then anywhere else! This appears in good shape.
